Some off-wiki communication has given me additional details. Unfortunately, I don't have access to these source, so I haven't added them to the article yet.
In the November 1852 Pathfinder... Stearns’ Steps is no longer listed
The January 1855 Pathfinder ... a flag stop has been added at Tufts College. The Tufts College stop still appears in the March 1856 Pathfinder, but is not shown by May 1857. It is still not shown in the June 1858 Pathfinder, but reappears in the September 1858 Pathfinder as College Hill.
I've added what details I can verify from online sources I've found. Hopefully we'll eventually be able to add citations from more documents as they're digitized. Pi.1415926535 ( talk) 21:52, 9 June 2022 (UTC)
The current image being displayed on the info card is of Ball square station, not Medford/Tufts. I don't have a better image but this image is NOT fit for this article. Lcholy ( talk) 17:05, 12 December 2022 (UTC)

The last of the GLX to be reviewed for GA status, and I will be more than delighted to review it. I will have my thoughts ready within the next 7 days. Aria1561 ( talk) 21:10, 22 December 2022 (UTC)

Lead
located at College Avenue in Medford, Massachusetts– prose states otherwise, stating that it is
located off Boston Avenue near College Avenue. I suggest changing the sentence in the lead to represent what is stated in the prose, especially since the entrance is located on Boston Avenue and not College Avenue.
Station design
The platform is 8 inches (200 mm) high for accessible boarding on current light rail vehicles (LRVs), and can be raised to 14 inches (360 mm) for level boarding with Type 9 and Type 10 LRVs– should be changed to
raised to 14 inches (360 mm) for future level boardingfor consistency with other GLX articles as well as what is stated in the source.
Railroad stations
the Public Utilities Commission approved a vast set of cuts to Boston and Maine Railroad commuter service– add B&M abbreviation since it is used later in this section (consistency with other abbreviations used in the article).
Previous plans
the BERy indicated plans to built three additional radial subways– change "built" to "build".
one paralleling the Midland Branch through Dorchester– add link to Dorchester, Boston.
Consideration was also given to extension past North Cambridge over the Lexington Branch– add link to Lexington Branch.
These included an extension from Lechmere to Woburn over the Southern Division– remove link to Woburn as the town was already linked in the previous paragraph.
it would have a branch following the Southern Division to Arlington or Woburn– add link to Arlington, Massachusetts.
Station planning
and the ability to avoid modifiying the College Avenue and Winthrop Street bridges– change "modifiying" to "modifying".
and was thus not supported by MassDOT– add link to MassDOT.
