I'm not sure how to use this talk page- but I just wanted to say that I couldn't verify the information on Mariya Tekeuchi that she wrote a song called "Heart to Heart" by the Carpenters. I can't even find that the song exists let alone that it was the last song recorded by Karen Carpenter. There is no reference link/source cited. — Preceding

I'm worried about the addition of Recentism trivia which doesn't belong in the lead, it might even be a violation of WP:VIDEOLINK since it's not an official YouTube upload.
Consider that she has sold 16 million albums (statistic from 9 years ago) — is the YouTube upload even relevant in an encyclopedic sense? One paragraph in a foreign newspaper with factual errors (claims she came out of retirement because of the YouTube upload—she obviously didn't) and a song review from a music site is not relevant in the larger scale.
