reference 10 currently goes to a dead link. Citing things is not particularly my expertise but I found a working link for the same article named.

Due to the ballooning size of the Proposed expansion to New Hampshire section, I propose that most of the section be migrated and expanded to a new Capitol Corridor (New Hampshire) article. It's certainly a big and complex enough topic that it would probably be better served by its own dedicated article. It's also important to consider that it's a NHDOT project, not MBTA.
