Single studies are not usually very reliable. It's usually best to use
review articles, which involve academics reading a bunch of studies and then interpreting the results for us. However if you were to add that Wiley link as a citation that's probably better than nothing. Should probably avoid ResearchGate links since ResearchGate is often a red flag for
preprints. Not in this case, but still, I think using the Wiley link is better. Hope this helps. –
