Kubba soups usually are mix of rice and meat but because the country was poor semolina alone replaced the original recipe to some degree, nowdays you can see both, also fried kubbe with rice/bulgur/potato mixed with meat is also very common in Israel but the version cooked with yogurt are only made by the Arabic population. — Preceding
