I changed "Konfyt is the Dutch word for jam" to "Konfyt is the Afrikaans word for jam" as "konfyt" is certainly Afrikaans, not Dutch.
This article is rather problematic in several ways. Firstly, I believe "konfyt" is the only correct word, not "konfeit". Though they would be pronounced the same in Afrikaans, my Coetzee English-Afrikaans Dictionary lists only the former. Secondly, "konfyt" simply means "jam" in Afrikaans, not any particular type of jam. Booshank 21:36, 31 May 2006 (UTC)
