Non-notable piece of software. Unless there's some standing policy about listing everything that comes with KDE (does this come with KDE? isn't that what man pages are for anyway?). --

Keep in some form or another. Notable enough: KDE is a widely-used GUI, and there are 9,480 Google hits for "Kiten KDE"
[1]. OTOH, I'm not opposed to a merge/redirect for everything in
Category:KDE stubs to something like
KDE applications. But this is a job for cleanup, not VfD.

Delete. Sounds like a nice piece of software, but as has been said before, this is not
Freshmeat; it would only be "notable" if it was say the learning software for Japanese learners. --

Delete. Non-notable software. There are many programs that do this.

Keep the information in some form, preferably a general topic entitled something like
kanji software. The only existing topic on the subject, to my knowledge, is
Japanese language and computers, which is more techie-oriented. A topic with details on all reasonably popular software in that category would be ideal.
