Only one reference is cited, a tangential discussion of Jewish religious courts. None of the other courts discussed have any citations. The ref in the intro to the article does mention the religious courts, but not to the extent this section lists. Additional, in Christian Courts, "Evangelical Episcopalian" is mentioned, linking to Episcopal Church in Jerusalem and the Middle East, but the Israeli government site (intro ref) mentions the "Presbyterian Evangelical Church".
