For consistency with the naming convention for ships of navies that don't have an official ship prefix, as agreed at Wikipedia:Naming conventions (ships). Target has no significant history. Gdr 18:09, 2004 Nov 1 (UTC)

Still working on that. Tobida Kenjirō was her captain early on in the war, but he was eventually rotated. Micheal Harrens ( talk) 03:14, 19 June 2024 (UTC) reply
