Seems fine; I added two cite requests but they are minor. Also, I assume references to primary sources for plot are the only way we can reasonably cover certain details.
"Creation and conception" says nothing about the creation, nor about the concept between the characters, other than in the context of the dub. Also, discussing the dub voice actors raises the question - what about the Japanese voice actors? Similarly, the reception covers only the US (or presumably English-speaking world's) release - what about reception in Japan? Now, I realize that what I as asking for may require a knowledge of Japanese language, but if so, that is what is required (IMHO) to get most anime (or Japan-related) articles to high quality standards. If the author disagrees, I can ask for second opinion on this, but I believe that comprehensive coverage does mean, at the very least, comprehensive coverage in English and language native to the subject matter.
This is a warning note that the article has seen no activity for over a week. In the holiday spirit, and taking into account possibly crazy RL, I'll wait for few more days. If no reply is pending by the time this reaches a 2-week mark, this will be an auto fail. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus|

I am willing to attempt to fix the issues. As for the "Creation and conception", I agree none of the content fit that header. As such, I removed the first sentence stating the authors opinion on the characters and renamed the header as "Voice portrayal". As for the coverage for Japanese actors, sometimes interviews do not exist unless the series they voiced in has been long or highly popular. I have not done much research on the series, but my search attempt with "バッカーノ! インタビュー" (Bacanno! Interview) did not yield positive results.

Hmmm, it is true that we cannot write on what is not available, and I cannot help much with Japanese search. Did you ask if anybody can find any sources in Japanese on Anime Wikiproject and Japanese noticeboard? If nobody offers to help for a few days, or confirms they cannot find anything, I'll accept it as complete and pass it. Does it sound fair? --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus|

Thank you for taking care of the fact tags. About the interviews. I have some staff comments on the talk page mentioning the Japanese names of Isaac and Miria, but I can't read Japanese so I have no idea what they say (or determine if they're of any help). I have to look through the DVD, if I remember right, there were more comments from the Japanese cast and maybe the commentary will mention something else(?). About reception in Japan, I've heard (so reliable, I know. :P) that it wasn't popular there, so there may not be any reception for them in Japanese. About other countries, I haven't come across anything as of yet. ~
