Does anyone know a source for the full text of the Rescript in English? Sarrica 18:49, 25 September 2007 (UTC) reply

I've located a full translation. It is entitled "The Imperial Precepts to the Soldiers and Sailors, The “Boshin” Imperial Rescript, The English Translations, Authorized by the Department of Education, Tokyo, 1913" I've transcribed the text and can make it available -- any ideas on the current copyright status of prewar Japanese government materials?
