Just because Hisakazu may be a correct transliteration doesn't mean Hisaichi is a mistaken one, which would suggest that someone tried to do a correct transliteration and made an error, when in fact it could be just another form of the name or an alternative transliteration (maybe irregular but deliberately chosen rather than "mistaken"). So if you insist on it being mistaken, you need to provide a source.
