The lead states:
“the ending theme song to the 2006 anime adaptation of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (the first book in the Haruhi Suzumiya light novel series by Nagaru Tanigawa).”
(and this is repeated further below, too)
However, this isn’t accurate - The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (2006) consists of an achronological arrangement of six episodes adapting the first novel, with the remaining eight being from short stories from other novels in the series (each novel having a different title)
Perhaps there’s a more elegant and accurate way of describing what this is? Maybe “the ending theme song to the 2006 anime, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, based on the light novels by Nagaru Tanigawa” William278 ( talk) 03:34, 8 January 2024 (UTC)
