The movie should indeed get its credits for reducing saturated fats in a diet (many animal products), however it even claims that sugar is harmless and is not cause of diabetes. This is carelessly misleading viewers, who could move to a fructose based diet with all the consequences. Plant based is right, but there is a massive difference between plants and plants, e.g. between fibre, starch and fructose. Especially fructose as sugar should not be trivialised, as there is more than enough scientific evidence about the damaging health effects. Could the article include this topic, please?
