First Shō clan → First Shō Dynasty – Please move back to the title "First Shō Dynasty". The word "First Shō Dynasty" is mentioned in George H. Kerr's book Okinawa: The History of an Island People (2000, Tuttle Publishing, Singapore: p.537: 'Sho dynasty "first"'). But the word "First Shō clan" is not mentioned in any English books. According to Wikipedia:Article titles#Use commonly recognizable names, we should use the name that "is most commonly used". We should not translate directly from the Japanese word "第一尚氏". (See also this talk page, also under discussion). El caballero de los Leones ( talk) 11:05, 20 February 2021 (UTC)
The word " 小" means "less in size or quantity, small, little, short" in Japanese. Hashi is "extremely short in height", I think we should translate the nick name 佐敷小按司 as "the short aji of Sashiki" or "Sashiki aji the dwarf", instead of "the small aji". -- El caballero de los Leones ( talk) 04:58, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
