TylerBurden: While many types of
chorizo exist around the world, the sausage in the photo would be better described as a grillimakkara with a "chorizo flavour", like this:
Kabanossi Chorizo. Compare with other flavours from the same product line:
Pippurijuusto,
Ranch etc. Many other manufacturers have similar chorizo-inspired products. I suggest removing the mention of "chorizo" from the caption, since it is confusing for the readers who know the iberian chorizo, but not the Finnish cuisine.

More to the point, it's a terrible photo that's mostly empty plate, and I've replaced it with some actual Finnish meat dishes.
