A fact from Crown Pop appeared on Wikipedia's
Main Page in the Did you know column on 16 February 2019 (
check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that the name of the
Japanese idol group Crown Pop was not made public until their live debut?
This page should not be speedily deleted because this is a completely new article that fully proves the group's notability. The group is notable and was notable at the time when its article was deleted at AFD. (It's not anyone's fault that the nominator couldn't even verify the chart position. It alone would be enough for a keep.) --

By the way, the article can't surely be "substantially identical to the deleted version" cause I've seen a couple of articles created by the author of the deleted version and they don't have much content, there's just a short lead that says that it "is a group created by Stardust Promotion" (and some tables). --

Note: I have compared this new version of the article to the deleted version, and this new version is significantly different in prose and style, and is not identical to the deleted version whatsoever. As such, this new version of the article does not qualify for
WP:G4 deletion. North America100008:29, 21 December 2018 (UTC)reply
