I work with Crisis Text Line and understand I'm not allowed to edit this article myself. I have several requests to make, primarily to update the information, restructure some content to make it more concise, tighten the phrasing, improve sourcing and more closely follow Wikipedia's manual of style, including standardizing the ref formatting.
