What you continue to do using multiple IPs is spam a non-notable self-authored article from an unreliable source under the guise of adding information. It is reference spam so please stop adding it to multiple articles using the exact same text. Dharmalion76 ( talk) 08:37, 10 October 2016 (UTC)
Is walking meditation covered somewhere in this article already? I'm seeking a wikilink to link from the Somatics article. I found this source in case it's helpful: http://www.lionsroar.com/mindful-walking-how-to-do-walking-meditation/. I don't understand Buddhism well enough to add anything to this article; I don't know where it would belong. Hope someone will step in and add this source! And hopefully add a more obvious section about walking meditation. Thanks. -- Karinpower ( talk) 06:12, 14 June 2016 (UTC)
