Image:Birdsofafeather.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page. If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BetacommandBot 14:58, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
The BBC Programme Database shows this episode as having been originally broadcast on 24 December 1998, which I would suggest is fairly definitive. -- Barry Salter 19:56, 29 July 2007 (UTC)
TV shows are constantly re-run on various stations at various times, one could not list, nor comment on them all. So as this sectional is hardly encyclopedic, on 12.12.2010 I will remove it, giving people a week to have their say. I was under the impression that the photos and movies in the credit sequences were actually Robson and Quirke as they really were childhood friends and grew up together. Can anyone confirm this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.81.28.204 ( talk) 16:40, 31 August 2012 (UTC)

Not comfortable with making such change as I'm just now watching the earlier seasons, but the opening and ending theme sections of the infobox seem to incorrectly or inadequately address the evolution of the theme. As noted in this section of the article, the title and end credits have seen a lot of changes. Wouldn't it be more appropriate to simply name the theme as "What'll I Do?" (without stating opening or ending) and let the article body provide detail? 73.252.40.55 ( talk) 08:31, 15 May 2018 (UTC)
The result of the move request was: Consensus to move Birds of a Feather to Birds of a Feather (TV series) and Birds of a Feather (disambiguation) to Birds of a Feather (title-case dab since all entries are titles of some kind). I will postpone the latter move after the incoming links have been fixed by kind WP:AWBREQ editors; if anyone beats me to it, be welcome. No such user ( talk) 10:06, 14 May 2021 (UTC)
– This sitcom is not the primary topic. Either the primary topic is the idiom "birds of a feather", or else there isn't one. Herostratus ( talk) 02:48, 17 April 2021 (UTC)
N.B. We don't have an article on the idiom so the next best landing place is the disambiguation for the phrase, which (after a bit of tweaking should have) a one-sentence explaino of the idiom on top and points to the more complete Wiktionary entry and then lists the other uses. There are about 10 entries (not including TV episodes etc) -- three films, couple albums, couple songs, none super notable I don't think. But still, ten.
