I think File:Beagle on a leash.jpg would be a better image for the infobox, with a better angle and better resolution. Could the Alt also be "Image of a Beagle on a leash, identified primarily with a white stripe running across their head down to their nose, with a brown torso, white legs, and a black back."? Their name may have derived from the French word “Be’Geule,” meaning “open throat,” referring to their distinctive baying or howling vocalizations while on the hunt. Find out at https://canine4u.com/beagle/ BR252 ( talk) 18:25, 12 February 2024 (UTC)
