This article has a couple of major issues; first, the two books need to be turned into proper refs with in-line citations. Second, it glaringly omits the Battle of Coronel which is probably the most notable incident in the Pacific theater during the FWW. This needs to be rectified post-haste. Other than those two pieces, the article seems to be ok. Parsecboy ( talk) 20:58, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
The illustration here is mislabeled, as the caption on the picture itself indicates. It is *not* the Japanese conquest of Tsingtao. Rather the caption states that this is one of the battles from Japan's Siberian Intervention. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.18.251.43 ( talk) 00:37, 13 February 2011 (UTC)
January 5, 1919 - anyone knows where this date comes? Seems like nonsense but has stayed in article for quite long time. Although I guess it is sort of unclear what would be good ending date.-- Staberinde ( talk) 18:38, 8 January 2013 (UTC)
