I took the liberty of making a new section to distinguish this merger proposal from the proposal in 2008. You can see a lot more of that discussion on the
talk:soursop page. That discussion ended with the decision to not merge, because one article was ostensibly about the plant, while the other was about the fruit.

Missed that. I considered the merits of a separate article for a product of the plant, but as pointed out the article for that needs improving. I'll remove the proposal (and the taxobox at the other article).
