Perma-bull?

Sorry to refute the main article, but in January 2000 while I was a financial advisor for MorganStanleyDeanWitter, Ms. Cohen appeared on the Louis Rukeyser's Business Report TV Show. At this time, the NASDAQ was still "raging" like a "rocket ship." When asked where she would invest at that time, she said only REITS and bonds. I couldn't believe it. However, she was correct, and DID accurately predict the subsequent crash of the equity market, which began 2 months later.

I've edited the article to report her forecasting errors more carefully. Additional references would be especially welcome. — Patrug ( talk) 03:19, 27 November 2016 (UTC) reply
