I cannot find a source for File:Krakow 2023 European Games logo.png as the official logo of the 2023 European Games. See VRT Ticket # 2022021810003776 for reference. The official list of disciplines, and the cities involved, has been published on the official website: http://ie2023.pl/en/new/the-programme-of-the-european-games-2023-was-presented. This URL should become the reference for the whole table.

I think that's because slalom event also doubles up as a separate European championships and medals won in slalom event will count toward European championships medal tally. Bearas ( talk) 16:46, 28 June 2023 (UTC) reply
