This Article was recently moved to 1st Naval Infantry Parachute Regiment without discussion or even an edit summary to explain why it was move. I would like to move it back to 1st Marine Infantry Parachute Regiment because that is the more common name in english. Carl Logan 08:13, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
Hmmm, it doesn't have to be discussed.-- 71.185.193.98 23:33, 4 October 2007 (UTC)

I moved the article from 1st Marine Infantry Parachute Regiment to 1st Marine Infantry Paratroopers Regiment as the correct translation of "Parachutistes" is "Paratroopers". However I now see that all French airborne units are listed with the "Parachute" name, although in French they are all use "Parachutistes". Before continuing editing this article (or editing others) I would like to know if these changes/moves are supported by other editors or if I should revert this article to 1st Marine Infantry Parachute Regiment. Thank you, noclador ( talk) 08:09, 7 July 2019 (UTC)
