I missed the initial discussion on this, but here's what the Autocourse report has to say: "Even before this [the first-corner accident], Moreno's Forti had been pushed back into the pits with a malfunctioning gearbox sensor. Roberto started from the pit lane but, with the system running no better, came in to retire after a single lap." (p. 218) On the results page he is listed as a retirement with one lap completed. My guess would be that the TV coverage showed the car being wheeled into the garage before it was sent out again.-- Diniz (talk) 17:03, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
