Shahrak Rural District ( Persian: دهستان شهرک) is in Eslamabad District of Parsabad County, Ardabil province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Shahrak-e Gharbi. [3]
After the 2011 National Census, parts of the Central District were separated in the establishment of Eslamabad District, which was divided into two rural districts. In addition, the village of Eslamabad was elevated to the status of a city. [3]
At the time of the 2016 census, the rural district's population was 6,658 in 1,932 households. The most populous of its 55 villages was Shahrak-e Gharbi, with 745 people. [2]
