Shafi ( Persian: شفيع) [a] is a village in, and the capital of, Bahar Rural District of Abkuh District, Quchan County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. [4]
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,268 in 304 households, when it was in Dughayi Rural District of the Central District. [5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,537 people in 439 households. [6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,343 people in 412 households. [2]
In 2019, Dughayi Rural District and Quchan Atiq Rural District were separated from the Central District in the establishment of Abkuh District [4] and Quchan Atiq District, [7] respectively, each of which was divided into two rural districts.
