As per
WP:MCUCHARACTERS a consensus is warranted to move the page from drafts. The page fulfils the criteria: "The character is an original MCU character not adapted from the comics, as long as notability can be proven for them". What do other editors think?

The character is not a wholly original creation for the MCU unlike
Darcy Lewis,
Phil Coulson, and
Trevor Slattery as she is adapted from
Marlene Alraune and in part by
Scarlet Scarab. This is included and discussed in the draft. I think the start of Reception could use an expansion outside of Legacy to further justify notability of this version of the character.

Adding to this, as per
this page, this draft is listed under "Eligible". Is this a mistake or does Layla qualify for mainspace now?

I believe that is because some consider her to be an MCU original character, although I am not entirely convinced by those arguments still given she is heavily inspired by those comic characters I mentioned above. Even a year out, I still think we should wait until this character proves to be more notable outside of appearing in a singular TV series. I don't want to
overload this encyclopedia with too many articles for recent MCU characters who get a lot of coverage when we still have articles for older characters that need work.

Agreed. Having it here ready in case of future appearances seems like a smart plan!!
