Darbid ( Persian: دربيد) [a] is a village in Darbid Rural District of Allahabad District of Zarach County, Yazd province, Iran, serving as capital of both the district and the rural district. [4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 107 in 46 households, when it was in Allahabad Rural District of the former Zarach District, Yazd County. [5] The following census in 2011 counted 19 people in 11 households. [6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 299 people in 92 households. [2]
In February 2023, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Zarach County, which was divided into two districts and three rural districts, with Zarach as its capital and only city. [4]
