Anzan-e Sharqi Rural District ( Persian: دهستان انزان شرقي) is in the Central District of Bandar-e Gaz County, Golestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Gol Afra. [3]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 7,101 in 1,718 households. [4] There were 7,258 inhabitants in 2,047 households at the following census of 2011. [5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,950 in 2,216 households. The most populous of its 10 villages was Baghu Kenareh, with 1,242 people. [2]
