Proposed Decisions

I hope it is OK to leave a comment here. I proposed stripping of User:Rama's Arrow from Admin status because of his abuse of power but it hasn't been included in proposed decisions. With all Pakistani's being proposed for ban who are being punished for minor mistakes; mistaked for which they have already faced months long blocks; if Pakistani users are banned it will be the murder of very idea of free encylopedia. And a certain group will be left free (see evidence against people who were intentionally not included in parties of the case) to fill Wikipedia with their own POV without any neutralization. That group will be even more encouraged to see lot of unchallanged support from Admins. Szhaider 19:56, 27 February 2007 (UTC) reply

My last statement

Szhaider is a valueable contributer. He is even an administrator on the Urdu wikipedia.Szhaider has contributed significantly to the WP Pakistan project and so has Unre4L (see his userpage).I on my part of contributed to the Pakistan project and have written other related/unrelated articles like these:

In addition I contributed significantly to the Criticisms of Star Trek article.

Even after we get our lengthy blocks for our squabbles with the Indian users,we are being proposed for ban.The Indian users have repeatidly edit warred, personally attacked us,claimed the History of all of South Asia as "ancient Indian" despite the fact all the countries of South Asia have histories of their own and they won't allow us to have ancient Pakistan. Most of them never got punished for this while we faced our blocks. They will try to revert it always until all refferences to the Indus valley civilization (and other major aspects of Pakistani history) are taken from the history of Pakistan article. In addition they write articles which propagated negative traits of Pakistan such as the unsourced Christians of Pakistan which was deleted upon my request. The Indian imperialists (ie Rama's Arrow) are sitting in administrative positions and they are always ready to block users who refuse to accept their way.Note:Rama's Arrow has engaged in many edit wars such as the Iqbal article against Pakistani users, personally offended them with borderline comments, repeatidly blocked them for statements such as "160 million (Pakistani) people are being denied their history".Also note that NOT all Indian admins are like this. There are 2 of which I get on with extremely well (I even awarded one a barnstar). But these Indian imperialists are in uncountable numbers and in administrative positions. There is an entire category of Indian admins.Pepsidrinka, a Pakistani admin (and propably the only one) seems to have left wikipedia for quite a while. So no one to sympathise with us except a few neutral admins like Dab,but even the neutral admins are unwilling to get mixed up in this long going dispute for understandable reasons. This case started about 16 minitues after I posted a WP:ANI complaint against Rama with full evidence.

I must say I am very disappointed by the decision reached. I tried my best to be a good contributor to Wikipedia. I simply wanted to expand articles when I encountered Indian attempts to show pure disrespect towards Pakistanis. What do I get for it? I am treated like some kind of a Vandal. Well, even Blatant Vandalism gets less on Wikipedia.
Granted Rama started the Arbcomm, but this refused me the right to include the people who were the main causes of this dispute. Not fair at all. I posted evidence of Extreme racist comments by an Indian user, and Extreme reverting and disruption. The conclusion reached: 6 months is far too much. And here I am getting a year for minor mistakes I committed when I first joined, and not to mention that I have already been through weeks of blocks by Rama for these minor offences that I am now being banned for. The Arbcom didnt even notice that Rama initiated this Case days after me and Nadir were unblocked from one of his bans, and minutes after we tried to complain about him.
As for the the decisions reached. Some misleading evidence has been mistakenly used by Blnguyen. I tried to point it out to him [1], but he isnt replying.
However, The arbcom also seemed to have ignored the fact that Pakistani users are being refused to edit Pakistani articles. All the edit wars took place on some Pakistan based article. Sorry to say this, but in this case, certain Indian users were simply vandalising Pakistani articles. There is lot of evidence supporting this.
The other arbcom decision I am hurt about is this [2]. Not only is all the evidence old, and been given exaggerated punnishment for (by Rama) in the past, but the so called disruptive edits are on Talk Pages. So much for a free encyclopaedia, that users cant suggest changes without being slammed.
I am also surprised that as of yet, only punishments have been proposed for Pakistani users, not Rama and Bakaman, even though plenty of evidence has been presented.
My last wish is the reason I am writing. Some of the Arbs may have received a message from me. I was wanting them to ban my User account only, as this IP is shared by a lot of people. I can promise that nobody will be editing Pakistani articles from this IP again, and if anyone is suspicious that I am back, then IP may be banned. I wont be returning to Wikipedia as an editor again (ever).
I tried my best to contribute, I never insulted another user, I always presented facts to support my edits; and I was treated worse than a Vandal, insulted by racist users, and to add salt to the wound, it will most likely go unpunished. Wikipedia has become extensively Racist

This ArbCom case was a rataliation from Rama's Arrow to the two cases filed at WP:ANI. Rama's Arrow has no direct beef with other parties of this case other than these parties resisted racist, imperialistic, hindu-centric, india-cetric and monopolistic edits by a certain group of editors whom Rama's Arrow has always supported by abusing his power. If these four Pakistani editors are blocked, face it Wikipedia will be proved extremely racist, Pakophobe and Islamophobe community where 99.99% offences by Indians go unnoticed and a few defensive edit wars from Pakistan editors are punished by years of bans. Change the website's name from Wikipedia to WikiIndia, will ya? Szhaider 12:02, 28 February 2007 (UTC) reply

Arbitrators ignoring us

I have a feeling we are being ignored by the Arbitrators. None of my messages are being replied to. Some more people have put their evidence forward, and I really wish people read all the evidence, including the diffs provided. Seems like nobody is interested in reading the whole thing, but just end this as soon as possible. Unre4L ﺍﹸﻧﺮﮮﺍﻝ UT 23:46, 2 March 2007 (UTC) reply

Thank you for your comments, including the one above; please rest assured that we aren't ignoring you. While I'm sorry that you feel that way, I agreed with the proposals and remedies after reviewing the evidence. I hope you will return after your one-year break and become a productive contributor again. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
