Interesting. The category Category:Girls specifically says that it is not used for biographical articles, and although we have a category for Category:Women centenarians we do not have a corresponding category for Category:Women who died in childhood. I suppose the only notable ones are likely to be: victims of crime like this one, child actors/musicians/gymnasts who achieved notability and died before adulthood, princesses etc dying young and still deemed significant enough for an article.

But to reply to @ Fourthords:, I would think that even a female toddler would come within the scope of this Wikiproject. "... and girls" can be assumed. But others may have other ideas! I've made a request for edits at Sukhinder Singh Cassidy that may interest members of WikiProject Women. The page is quite out of date so it would be great to bring it up to date.
