I agree with NVO. His signature is small. The cause is the font, coupled with the <small> tags that he uses for the talk/contrib links. I suggest changing the font first, and if that doesn't work, then bolding it. (I don't suggest bolding the current font as it doesn't look good like that; the letters tend to squish together.)
