I would like a scan of a couple of pages of Essential Solitude: The Letters of H.P. Lovecraft and August Derleth (Hippocampus Books, 2008). I knew that someone had bought it, one T. R. Foley, for $100.00 from the defunct Clayton outfit. He also bought Clues; this..." I'm trying to find a copy of Sputnik, July 1970. It was a Soviet magazine similar to Reader's Digest, and was published by Novosti. Apparently it was published in a few languages; the English copy would be preferred, but any of them would be great.
It's only required for the article in it on the Spaceship Moon theory (not my word!). Apparently this article was titled "IS THE MOON THE CREATION OF INTELLIGENCE?" and was by Mikhail Vasin and Alexander Shcherbakov. We currently have an apparent copy of it hosted on a fringe site, [8] but obviously we can't treat that copy as reliable.
It's for use in Spaceship Moon Theory article. Cheers, Bromley86 ( talk) 22:53, 14 August 2016 (UTC)
{{ Resolved}} A long time ago, I referenced a story from The Beaufort Gazette in 2007 Indy Japan 300, which I read via Google News. The story is titled "Kanaan bides time before earning win", and it ran on April 22, 2007, the day after the race. It was eventually pulled from Google News, before I got into the habit of including page numbers for Google News cites. While the citation is still verifiable, I know that it would be best to include the page number(s), which I cannot do as my former college's library does not have this South Carolina paper in any of its databases. If any of you can access archives for this paper, a page number for this article would be greatly appreciated; I don't need a copy of the article e-mailed, so hopefully this will be a little easier to action than most of your usual requests appear to be. Thanks for any help that you can provide. Giants2008 ( Talk) 01:26, 30 December 2016 (UTC)

I wish to expand my request. Originally, the sources I requested I'm sharing 11JORN when I learned he was working on that article and wanted to help him. Then when next year came around, I would make new requests for articles I'm working on this year. It's for three articles, two of them already achieved FA and GA respectively, but I didn't know this place existed back then so the reviews for both articles are quite lacking.
Here are the additional news articles I'm requesting:
I hope what I'm requesting isn't too much, but the Resource Exchange helped me greatly and I wouldn't been able to work on several articles were it not for this amazing feature. Erick ( talk) 08:16, 1 January 2017 (UTC)
Ok, that's enough sources for me. I'm content with the articles I received. I want to thank one more time John M Baker and Worldbruce. Not sure which one of those has the stuff that I need (notice the different publishers), but I assume it's the first one.
I'm currently working on a draft article about the 1988-1990 war between Amal and Hezbollah during the final stages of the Lebanese Civil War. I have access to all the other relevant Middle East Contemporary Survey material, given that they are available on Google Books. The one about the year 1989, however, isn't available. And it looks like it was released by some publishing house other than The Moshe Dayan Center, which appears to have bypassed this year. Also, the one about the year 1990 seems to have some pages missing in its Google Books preview, and they probably contain valuable stuff. When it comes to the MECS series, I'm mainly interested in their Lebanon chapters. I would really, really appreciate it if someone could help me out here. I used to have access to Tandfonline through the law school, but since I've graduated I no longer do. Could someone help me acquire a copy of this paper? Thank you.~ ONUnicorn( Talk| Contribs) problem solving 19:13, 4 January 2017 (UTC)
I'm trying to find a copy of Sputnik, July 1970.
Giants2008 ( Talk) 01:26, 30 December 2016 (UTC)

. With that knowledge, readers can find the identical (or nearly identical) full text of the story in many other newspapers, even though headlines may vary. --

You both have greatly helped by giving these sources, without such, would not have been possible for me to expand the articles I've worked on. Until next time! I need pages 106 through 108 (possibly 109, if it has information on the white-rumped swallow) to improve the white-rumped swallow. Although pages 106 and 107 are available, it does not provide the full account. It would be nice to get all of the information in one place, but I need 108 and possibly 109 at minimum.
We were apprised of the fact when cannons were fired, as we later were told, directly outside the mother's door. I trust the poor babe will not be permanently deafened by such a rude reception. The criers are rushing about collecting dogs and pigs for a luau, and the ceaseless dancing continues. They still pay tribute to the akuah or god of the dance despite all the objections of the brethren. The governor, the king, and anyone appealed to make the same response: "It is only in play," and the brethren are in perpetual chagrin" "March 10, 1821. The town is gone mad with an orgy of mourning for Likelike. She died some days ago, not long after her babe, who survived the cannon salute by only twenty- four hours.
