WikiProject Louisiana Tech is a WikiProject designed to help improve Wikipedia's coverage of Louisiana Tech University. Please feel free to help this project evolve by providing your own modifications, comments, and suggestions. How bout them Dawgs!
Project goals Our goals
This project was established with several purposes in mind.
- Improve the quality of all Louisiana Tech-related articles, with a specific goal of GA or FA; specifically:
- Get Louisiana Tech University to Featured Article status.
- Get List of Louisiana Tech University people to Featured list status.
- Focus on specific "core topics" through the article list.
- See "Assessment" for specific quality measurements and resources.
- Improve Louisiana Tech's exposure by incorporating appropriate text and references in non-project articles.
- Given Wikipedia's use as a general resource, the more exposure that Louisiana Tech gets, the more our work is appreciated.
- Write up specific (notable) research projects, departments, and professors, and then link to them from other parts of the encyclopedia.
- Write articles for notable alumni; Add notable alumni (whether or not they have an article) to the people list.
