CollegePrimaryStyle uses the colors specified by the {{ CollegePrimaryHex}} and {{ CollegeSecondaryHex}} templates. By default, it uses the primary color for the background, and the secondary color for the border and text. if you want to change a color for a particular school, you need to know the hex value for the color, then you would edit the {{ CollegePrimaryHex}} and {{ CollegeSecondaryHex}} templates.
