In the same month, April 2021, User:Rijviraj07 and User:Ariya Mehboob are working together to create a promotional article on a non-notable topic, Draft:Rijvi Raj. When the article of the second user was deleted the first user recreated the same article.

Tanzirvai1 and Dxbnetwork both appear in the deleted history of Masha Islam, so I'm inclined to call all four of these confirmed to one another, and suspected to Bet365aminul.

User:EngrShakamal created the page Lubna Marium. Blocked user:Raymankarim uploaded c:File:Lubna Marium.jpg on commons. The first thing user:Purnopran did is to add that to Lubna Marium. I don't think this is coincident. Then user:Purnopran expanded the article like some of previous sock. Dxbnetworkbd seems obvious to Dxbnetwork.

Mayajal2022 was created prior to Dxbnetwork. Recently, they recreated Draft:Ariyan Mehedi. Previous edits are mostly adding the person's mention to various articles. Overlapping edits to Imran Mahmudul, NTV (Bangladeshi TV channel) with Dxbnetwork and Md. Joynal Abedin Bhuiyan with Dxbnetworkbd. Similar summary language e.g. "I just add references" [3] vs "I just add information with reference" [4].

I'll note it's confusing looking at SPI history here - it looks like multiple people socking from first impression. Ariyan Mehedi promo being one. I don't see immediate similarities to accounts like User:Raymankarim. —   HELLKNOWZ ∣  TALK 22:45, 26 August 2022 (UTC) reply

To start with the simple part, Mayajal2022 is  Confirmed to Dxbnetworkbd, and I assume Dxbnetwork is the same based just on the username (I don't have any CU data for Dxbnetwork). The problem is Mayaj and Dxb are only  Possilikely (a mix between possible and likely) to any other account for which I have data (which isn't very many).
