- Dissociation is usually a reversible process. The opposite of dissociation is association, although
Dissociation (chemistry) uses term "recombination", a word have haven't encountered in this context, instead. I think the chemical term "association" is tied very closely with "dissociation" and therefore the redirect makes sense to me. I'll go add the term to the article now.
Chemical bond wouldn't be a bad or wrong alternative target, but I think the status quo is best. --

- In chemistry, association and dissociation processes are very closely related to each other. In particular, the equation for any equilibrium association process can be written Reactants⇔Products. The same system can equally well be described as a dissociation process, Products⇔Reactants. Hence there is no point in having separate WP articles for association and dissociation in chemistry.
