- I hate to claim ignorance, but after more research I can see the photo being interpreted as a bunch of logos being used without permission, as opposed to a simple personal picture. I've already removed it from the pages it was linked to and I will have to read up on what constitutes a "free image" before I try to post another.

Ronhjones I don't get it, What's the problem here. I took this photo using my own cam and I can prove it. Camera details are not shown in metadata section because I snipped my photo to get a lower resolution. If you ask me why? Then it's because my internet connection is really slow and has very low upload speed. But I'm happy to upload the original version if you want me to. I assure you this photo is taken by me. --

- P.S: It's not a 2D painting, It's picture taken using a camera, because of the low resolution it may seem like a 2D painting. But like I said I can upload the original version even though it may take some effort and time.--

- There is no mention of "Copyright protected" nor "All rights reserved". And it's not even their logo. That's a sign board showing direction to thier farm.
Ambewela is the name of the district. Company which owns the farm is
Milco. And their logo can be found on their website. Images of this signboard is used on lots of websites/TV channels in Sri Lanka. There hasn't been any accusations of copyright infringement.--

- Statements saying "Copyright protected" nor "All rights reserved" are never needed - it's automatic - the big exception to that is photos taken in the USA pre
Berne Convention = pre 1989.

- This seems to be an album back cover, so the claim that it is own work by the uploader doesn't seem to be correct.

- You should always provide two copyright tags. {{
PD-US-not renewed}} tells that the fountain isn't copyrighted. Some other tag (say, {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-3.0|migration=redundant}} or {{self|cc-zero}}) needs to be added to tell that the photograph is licensed. --
