The user uploaded it here with an incorrect license tag. An F8 was declined because the crop was different, but I really see no value in this image hanging around. Abuse of fair use criteria, use on page not that given in fair use rationale given, mainly that it is used in the infobox, and is the primary means of visual identification of the series, the actual infobox image is more inline witn the visual design of the series (so far). However what I would concede is that image is a quick, visual metaphor of the characters in the series, but this can equally conveyed in the prose character sketches. "Another consideration for "no free equivalent" are "freer" versions of non-free media, typically which include derivative works. For example, a photograph of a copyrighted 3D work of art will also carry the copyright of the photographer in addition to the copyright of the artist that created the work. We would use a photograph where the photographer has licensed their photograph under a free license, retaining the copyright of the derivative work, instead of a photograph that has non-free licenses for both the photograph and work of art."

This photo of a book collection box has not been released under a free license. The photograph is a work with a separate copyright because it contains originality in terms of the choice of viewpoint, lighting, framing and arrangement ( the threshold of originality of photographs is considerably low). The cover that replaced it is both ambiguous, as was shown from the talk page of the file, and no more or less of a copyright violation. I would argue it is less of a violation as it would be harder to reproduce the box cover by the lower resolution image. It also represents the collection by showing the spines of all seven books, under FUR, while the cover of the set simply represents the copyrighted illustration more clearly. •  Comment: Keep as is, or delete and not replace with the Commons file, thats the call for local admins, the keep local is a pointy request of the original uploader/author. As seen in the file history. Intrestingly the current Commons file, of the same name, isn't the Wikipedia one. It appears the same author also uploaded a very similar file to Flikr and the Commons file is an import from Flickr not Wikipedia. These are two different people. The person on Commons is connected with the Slovenian Army, while the person whose photo is listed here was a composer. This person died in 2008. The person whose photos are in the Commons category was still living in 2010. Three of the photos in the category are dated 2010. The composer's photo has been renamed by me.
