Reason: I consider the new name (Javier at PAHO) more appropiate as it does not refer to a specific are such as "social media". I have interest in many topics. Therefore, my name is more useful and transparent. I also want to use it as my signature Javier at PAHO 20:33, 20 September 2013 (UTC)

Reason: Original name violates "No Promotional names" and "Usernames implying shared use" rule. Instead I'd like to change it to my nickname for me in our online social media presence, so that it works with the exception "However, usernames are acceptable if they contain a company or group name but are clearly intended to denote an individual person". I'm the only one at my company who uses this account anyways.

Reason: my actual name is Mark Inscoe - it is not practical and was a mistake to have the original username. I believed that this was just an account username and not the one that would be the page header.

Reason: "Dark Mistress" is a mysteries name I go by, and having Lesbian in my name is probably to controversial. So I request "Dark Mistress" even though it is probably to controversial. After all, I don't think it is "OK" , but I will go ahead and ask anyway.--

Reason: My previous name was erroneously chosen. It uses the name of a company website and would create a conflict of interest. I request to change my username to avoid this problem. Thanks.
