Reason: I realise that my original name choice is not allowed for good reasons. I have already placed one request for name change but since then my account was blocked. Following my request, the account was unblocked and I was advised to send in another request for name change. I am requesting a change to using a variant of my own name, which I am entirely happy with and I understand possible problems.
Reason: I received a note that I was editing on behalf of a company and that this was not allowed. I am director of Omniplex and undertaking the changes on behalf of the company, therefore, it is best that I change the name to my own.

Reason: Fahad is my name and Zaki is father's name. I hated the username when wikipedia capitalized the first letter. You know it gets under our skin and I see that you dedicated a paragraph to this capitalizing phenomenon, which means people may have discussed this in depth, yet you still do this. Who would have thought of case sensitive usernames? It looks disgusting. You should tell us upfront that 'We are going to capitalize your first letter without your consent', so that we can make necessary adjustments when we are registering our chosen username. What prevents someone from using many variations in letter casings of my username and starting a maligning campaign? Please fix this. You can avoid all this hassle, these extra steps of appearance and these extra precautions. This should be done like twitter has done. Once the name is gone, it is gone. After I saw this case sensitive thing, I felt like I went back to 1999.

LAinLA is my "meta"-online alias, morphing over from its use in the offline world as a sort of pen name for my creative endeavors. (In case you are curious about its significance, it's my initials (LA) and the city I live in (Los Angeles) : LAinLA.)
I rarely use my real name as a user name being that it is so rare, making my personal information too identifiable and searchable — an obvious concern to me for privacy reasons.

Reason: I wish to write about Ryan Stevenson and I want to be accepted by wikipedia, and not follow under the conflict of interest. I am new with this so I made that mistake to make a username with his name.

Reason: I was previously using LAinLA.la because it correlated to a personal domain I own (LAinLA.la). But that site has been unused for a long time, and now that I'd like to start participating in the Wikipedia community, I'd like to use the requested user name instead of that of a dead website.
Thanks for your consideration. lesli 09:08, 15 September 2013 (UTC)

Reason: I used the nickname "Oblak24" on many forums when I was 19 years old and just received internet for the first time. I was stupid and trolled on many places, also insulted people for no reason. Honestly, I'm ashamed of that nickname. Please, change it so I can contribute to wikipedia without a worry that someone will recognize the Oblak24 as an annoying troll. Thank you.
