Reason: My username was in conflict with you username policy, so after I read and understood the guidlines for creating and changing the username I propose a new one.
Reason: Well there is a username on a particular wiki with the current name and i can't finish the merging(unified log in) of the global account. Although the user with my current name on that wiki(mk.wikipedia.org) hasn't been active since 2007 and it is legitimate for me to ask for an usurpation, the 3 bureaucrats on that wiki haven't responded to any requests since September. I made my request on January 27th at their talk pages(to all 3 of them) but none responded. Furthermore i requested the usurpation from the stewards twice but they all denied, saying they can't help me since there are active bureaucrats, although i explained my case, and that i waited 1 month for response before asking the stewards. Now, my only option is to rename my account, since the new username on that wiki is free and the merging with that name will be possible. I'm writing this to indicate that inconveniences of this type occur and, you, as users with higher status might be able to do something to prevent them. Thanks!

Reason: I've got this message: "Thanks for your message on my talk page. Since you tell me you are Patrick Schöffski's medical secretary, even though the article is not an autobiography as such, it amounts to much the same thing, as you are working on his behalf. Wikipedia's conflict of interest guideline discourages you from writing about him, as you have a close personal connection, and you should be very careful. Also, Wikipedia's username policy does not allow you to have a username that gives the impression that you are another person, so you should not continue to edit under your present username. There are two ways you can continue to edit without doing that. The simplest is to just create a new account. If you do that, I very strongly advise you to mark both user pages with a note saying that the two accounts are the same person, to avoid the risk that anyone will think you are using two accounts with the intention of being deceptive, which unfortunately many people do. However, there are advantages in having the present account renamed instead, as this will keep all your edits together, making it clear that you have done them all. Personally, I suggest doing that, even though it takes a little more trouble. There are, in my opinion, rather excessively long instructions and advice on requesting a change of username at WP:Changing username, but the place to go to make the request is Wikipedia:Changing username/Simple, and that page tells you how to do it. Reason: Freywa is a username dating back to 2010, and has become outdated since I became a
brony and took the new pseudonym
Parcly Taxel. This change would make it easier for others to understand that this account and my accounts on other sites named Parcly Taxel or similar are equivalent.

Reason: SUL. I've renamed her account on ar.wiki, per
her request, and she
asked me to help her with doing the same here. You may note that she have created the requested username here automatically by mistake (Due to unified login issues); so you will need to usurp the name for her. Thanks in advance.--Avocato(talk) 22:18, 20 April 2013 (UTC)reply
Robot clerk note: I have detected the following problems:
The requested username is already registered; see Special:Listusers. However, as this requested account has made no edits, it meets the criteria for being usurped; if you wish to usurp it, please read and follow the process at
Wikipedia:Changing username/Usurpations. If you do not wish to usurp the username, please choose another name to be renamed to.
Reason: I'd like to use this new username because the current one is my real name and I want to protect my identity.

Reason: Resolve the block related to the suggestion that the existing name reflects an organization. I had originally suggested QP1995 (upper case) but I made the mistake of creating that user name before clicking on the "rename" request, but qp1995 (lower case) will work just as well. Thank you.

Despite the fact that all notes, on the edit page, show qp1995 with lower case, for some reason, the highlighted (red) text on the Rename page shows the "Q" capitalized. I'd like to stress that I would prefer both the "q" and the "p" to be lower case. Thank you. — Preceding

Clerk note: Due to the MediaWiki software, it's impossible for a username to be lowercase, but you may change it to appear that way in your
signature and on your userpage, using
Template:DISPLAYTITLE. You may proceed with the rename if you wish.

indicated on my talk page that he'd like to proceed with the rename to the software default "Qp1995". Thanks,

Reason: I,
BCG999, wish to have my username changed to match my current signature (
RandomDSdevel (
talk)) because of how I use the requested username as my said signature on this site and as my username on other sites and wish to ensure compatibility between the usernames which I use on these other wikis using the MediaWiki software that reside outside of the WikiMedia Foundation's control if it ever updates the previously-mentioned software such that universal login extends to these external wikis. I also wish to change my username because it currently contains my initials and wish to change this.
