Not many nationally-distributed music services get the requisite significant coverage to even approach GNG; there is no separate notability here. (A completely unsourced article that declares that reasons unknown led to the closure of the service doesn't exactly seem like the type of article we would allow today; frankly, it wouldn't surprise me if it didn't actually meet any of the standards in place ~10 years ago either.)
