Delete. Politician left one party and joined another. This is all we know about him. Politician is not notable, significant, who has received any great attention to be recorded. Fails

Keep I added that he served as a congress leader. More of him is known apart from the recent switch, for instance that he was arrested previous year. I added it to the article and a bit more. More information could be found.
