The result was delete. After three weeks, the article still cites no third-party sources, which means that WP:BLP mandates deletion. Can be draftified via WP:REFUND for improvement. Sandstein 09:00, 22 June 2022 (UTC) reply

  • Delete, without prejudice against recreation if somebody can do better. The Légion d'honneur is a valid notability claim in principle, but it isn't "inherently" notable enough to exempt a recipient from actually having to have any reliable sources — we have seen articles created that falsely claimed that the subject had won a "notability-clinching" honour that they had not actually won in reality, so the notability test isn't in the things the article says, but in getting him over WP:GNG on the depth and quality of the referencing that can be shown to support the things it says. But since I don't have access to any database in which I could retrieve decades-old media coverage from France, I'm not able to determine whether he passes GNG or not — I'm willing to withdraw this if somebody with better access to such resources can actually fix the referencing problem here, but he still requires proper sourcing before any of this can be seen as notable enough to keep. • Draftify A google news search shows that he has many references from secondary sources. I would recommend to the author of the article to add the sources. As it stands it does not have WP:GNG. If sources are not added, I would move to Delete PaulPachad ( talk) 16:15, 31 May 2022 (UTC) reply
  • Speedy Keep. Hold up, hold up. This is Alexis Govciyan, elected councillor of Paris/Île-de-France in 2010 from the 9th arrondissement. This appears to be his Twitter account. This is another corroborating source. This clearly passes WP:NPOL. Perhaps the sources are lacking, but this is not a case of lacking notability. Iseult Δx parlez moi 07:49, 5 June 2022 (UTC) reply

  • Delete. Fails WP:NPOL, WP:NAUTHOR, and WP:SIGCOV. Politicians at the municipal level are not considered notable under NPOL. No evidence has been presented demonstrating the subject passes any of the criteria at NAUTHOR, or that the subject passes SIGCOV. While others have vaguely mentioned sources exist, nobody has actually presented that evidence here or in the article. Without sources, I can't see a strong policy based argument for keeping this article. 4meter4 ( talk) 06:19, 22 June 2022 (UTC) reply
