only editing a single article with similar issues to the recently blocked user MoreGunsInSchools but I don't know enough about how to find their IP addresses used in wiki to compare.
Here's the background: User:MoreGunsInSchools made only edits to talk pages and Frank Lasee. The The Lasee edits were all unsourced derogatory information. During a discussion over his username (which appeared to be chosen as an attack on Lasee) he apparently used a sockpuppet called User:Every Child Should Carry A Gun! to try and influence the RFC. As a result on Oct 27th User:Every Child Should Carry A Gun! was blocked by User:Flyguy649. Also on Oct 27 User:MoreGunsInSchools was blocked by User:SQL for sockpuppetry. MoreGunsInSchools asked for unblock which was declined by User:Sandstein on October 29th. That same day two new users accounts were created, User:Azurbanipal and User:HubertNugzPhD. Both accounts have only made edits on talk pages and Frank Lasee. In both cases info added to the Lasee page was unsourced and derogatory. This led me to suspect sockpuppetry.
I have no interest in Frank Lasee. I live in California and am not a Republican. I had never heard from him before running across suspect changes in his article while watching for vandalism. I've found in that search that schools and politicians tend to be frequently vandalized, leading me to the Frank Lasee article, which at this moment seems to be in better shape than it was when this all started. My only goal is to have a good, unbiased, well-sourced article. There are apparently items both positive and negative about this individual, all the more reason to be careful. I figured since I have no personal interest in Frank Lasee that I could be impartial in helping on this article. I took clues where appropriate from those adding negative info when sourced properly. To add balance I did some google search and added some policy proposals that seemed most notable. The article still needs a lot of work, but again my interest was mainly to maintain some level of quality and balance.
I do not know how to really check for sockpuppets. It's possible that I am incorrect. If anyone can assist, it would be appreciated. Arthur 05:41, 31 October 2007 (UTC) reply
Is this the appropriate place for a response? I hope so. I imagined this forum to be more intuitive. In any event, it's obvious that "Arthur" is a busybody who seriously needs a laxative to relieve the anal retention that's backed up poo into his brain. Lacking that, he should just learn to research before flinging baseless accusations at brand new users. If there's any turn-off to a system like this, it's censorship by the petty-minded. My post regarding Lasee's evident and excessive use of tanning booths and tooth whiteners is born out by photos on his website, which I linked to. Further, observing the genital-firearm fixation on Arthur's page, I suspect that HE is in fact a sock puppet for Lasee! Please resolve this and shut Arthur-the-moron down asap. After you verify that my IP is unique, of course.
MoreGunsInSchool is the master. All 4 are now blocked and tagged as his puppets. RFCU prob not needed as this is pretty convincing. — Rlevse • Talk • 23:57, 3 November 2007 (UTC) reply
