There have been no edits by the IP since the block at 10:22 31 July;

I see no attempt to deceive here; just a user blocked for various competence-related concerns, who also edited as an IP - but openly declaring who it was e.g. edit-summary please don't revert, this is Since 10.28.2010 [1].

I see no need for an SPI. All three IPs have obviously been used by the same person, but I can't see any evidence of nefarious socking.  Chzz   ►  15:55, 31 July 2011 (UTC) reply

•  Clerk note: CU won't connect an account to IPs. Aside from the first IP listed, the other two are stale, so blocking them wouldn't help much. I don't see a reason to check for sleeper accounts, and we can't really do an IP sleeper check. As such, I'm closing. — HelloAnnyong ^{(say whaaat?!)} 17:21, 31 July 2011 (UTC) reply
